This and the previous posts are exhibition spaces I have been researching into, as potential venues for the Fedrigoni event, Fedrigoni have there own show room but it would not be suitable for a large scale event with hundreds of people.

Whirled Cinema is a new addition to Studios having received funding through the �Raising our Sights� (Lambeth Arts) and Awards for All.

Our aim is to create a unique environment showing great films & creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can meet and socialise with like minded people who share a passion for film.

The Cinema is available for Private Hire and is ideal for Private Screenings, Short Film Groups, Sports Event Screenings, Birthdays and much more at very affordable rates.

Additional Services : Parking - pay and display parking bays are located in Clerkenwell Green. Additionally for loading and unloading clients can park for up to twenty minutes outside the Gallery.

Frameless Gallery is available for hire on a weekly and monthly basis for art exhibitions of all kinds as well as pop-up shops. The gallery can also be hired for small events / receptions on a per day basis. This space, originally an 18th century public house, has been beautifully restored and redesigned into an intimate space ideally suited for displaying contemporary, modern and old artworks. Spread over two levels, the space has high ceilings and original shop windows, floor boards, beams and staircases as well as period fire places and banisters. Ideally located in Clerkenwell, widely acknowledged as the heart of London's creative industries, the gallery is surrounded by historic venues and architecture in an area which boasts the most concentrated area of design businesses in the world. Situated in central London, the gallery is a two minute walk from Farrington station, and is also walking distance from Angel and Chancery Lane stations. The Gallery boasts a flexible, open plan space, ideal for both two- and three-dimensional art works. The two large windows on the ground floor gallery look out onto the Old Sessions House and enhance the gallery's visibility. The lower ground floor can be used either as additional gallery space ideal for more intimate works or as a meeting or entertainment area. Frameless Gallery comprises 50 sq m (538 sq ft) of display area and 39,19 linear m (128 ft) of wall hanging space. The display area is divided into ground floor [23 sq m / 247.48 sq ft] and lower ground floor [27 sq m / 290.52 sq ft].

Air Gallery

Limits to availablity : No sit down meals - no cooking on the premises.
Additional Services : Clients are welcome to use our mailing list of 900 names, and also have access to the press list which we buy in and is up to date. Also all clients receive an info sheet which recommends caterers, installers and many other aspects of putting on a show. Each gallery has a BT landline and broadband internet. The Gallery has an alarm system and good security.

The Upper Gallery comprises some 120 square metres of prime display area. Fronted by a large plate glass window (4.9m wide) onto Dover Street, the gallery has an exceptionally good ceiling height of 3.4 metres. With solid beech flooring and a state-of-the-art ERCO lighting system, coupled with a detachable nylon cable hanging system, the facilities represent the best that London can offer.

There are extensive storage facilities, and a large fully equipped kitchen, plus a dedicated security system and a telephone / fax & answering machine.

Upper Gallery : £4950 + VAT per week
There is a 10% discount for the third week of hire, and a 20% discount for any weeks taken thereafter.

Approached by stairs from Dover Street through an attractive tiled lobby, the Lower Gallery provides a less expensive alternative for those seeking a more intimate atmosphere.

The space comprises some 70 square metres of display area, with a ceiling height of 2.8 metres. It is fitted out to the same high standard as the Upper Gallery, with solid beech flooring, ERCO lighting system and its own kitchen and cloakroom facilities.

The Lower Gallery has extensive storage facilities, its own security system, and a telephone / fax & answering machine.

Lower Gallery: £2250 + VAT per week
Again, a 10% discount is available for the third week and 20% for the fourth and subsequent weeks.

A further 10% discount is available if both galleries are hired together. And further discounts may be available to charitable organisations and educational establishments.
